Trauma Healing & Recovery
When trauma occurs, it can influence not only our perception of the event, but often in the body itself, and can become "stuck". Using the Somatic Experiencing™ approach, trauma recovery can be possible by rebalancing the nervous system and integrating traumatic experiences, resulting in a greater feeling of resiliency and sense of aliveness. This mind-body approach utilizes bottom-up processes to help with working through and integrating trauma. In short, it can help restore a sense of wholeness and balance that is subconscious.
